This Shipping Policy explains how KOMO EDC (operated by 瑞意腾贸易有限公司 (Ruiyiteng Trading Limited), Hong Kong) processes, ships, and tracks orders placed on komoedc.com.
All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse partner located at 18 Distribution Blvd, Edison, NJ 08817, United States. This is the same facility that handles U.S. returns, so your package travels the shortest possible distance both ways.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (all 50 states, including APO/FPO and U.S. territories where standard carriers deliver). We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to be notified when we expand, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after the order ships.
This estimate is provided by our carriers and does not include the 1–2 day processing window above. Delivery may be delayed by weather, carrier capacity, peak-season volume, or other events outside our control. We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. The exact amount — including any free-shipping threshold or promotion — is shown on the cart and checkout pages before you pay. No additional shipping charges are added after the order is placed.
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, selected by our warehouse based on package size, weight, and destination ZIP code. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once the shipping label is created. You can also track your order from the Orders page on komoedc.com.
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after shipment, or if the package arrives damaged, please email support@komoedc.com with your order number (and photos for any damage). We will work with the carrier to locate the package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will email you to confirm a corrected address and arrange reshipment; additional shipping may be charged for the reshipment. We cannot reroute packages already in transit.
If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@komoedc.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes while the order is still in “processing” status. Once the order has shipped, please follow the steps in our Refund & Returns Policy.
