Orders and U.S. shipping
Where do you ship from?
U.S. orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment center at 9050 Hermosa Ave, Dock 51–54, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. After dispatch, Standard delivery generally takes 3–4 business days and Economy delivery generally takes 5–8 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the selected service and total package weight. Available options and the final price are shown at checkout before payment.
When is shipping free?
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free Economy shipping. The final shipping option and delivery estimate are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days after dispatch, email support@komoedc.com with your order number.
Returns and support
How do I request a return?
Contact support@komoedc.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and, when relevant, photos of damage, defects, or the incorrect item. We will provide the return instructions.
What is the return window?
We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered. Items should be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. We also accept eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns.
Where are approved U.S. returns sent?
After support approves the return and provides instructions, approved U.S. returns are processed at OC Return Center (302232), 18 Distribution Blvd, Edison, NJ 08817, United States. Phone: (855) 437-7467. Do not send a return before receiving instructions.
How long do refunds take?
